Well, actually anyone. We don't judge your art and we do not pay attention to genres. We're here to help you promote your music. What's most important: registering is absolutely free – no hidden costs and fees.

Do I need to register a company to sell stuff using

Remember that you may be obliged to pay taxes according to your local law but doesn't participate in sell-purchase transaction. The only sides responsible for the deal are you and your client.

Where do I start?

How can I register an account on 8Merch?

Registering an account on takes a couple of clicks. All you need to do is enter your e-mail address and click on the activation link provided in an e-mail message. Follow the link, configure your shop/website and you're ready to go!

What do I need to start selling my stuff online?

First of all, your music, merchandise or anything else you want to sell. You don't need to be an expert in HTML, PHP, CSS or any other secret code to configure your shop/website because we pay special attention to an easy setup. That's why you can focus on sales and forget about the rest.

Can I first try if is fine for me?

Sure. Thanks to the option of switching of off your shop/website you can introduce visual changes in the layout and test it anyway you like. When you're ready just hit the „activate” button and go wild.

Just write us an e-mail or use the contact form provided on this website. Since we get a lot of e-mails it may take a couple of hours to answer yours but we do our best do it ASAP.

What kind of stuff can I sell in my shop?

Only the stuff you are entitled to sell. This means music in any form, merchandise, clothes, books, paintings, stickers, posters, concert tickets and loads, loads of other things.

Is there a limit to how many products I may display?

No. You can sell as many products as you like.

Do you charge me for selling stuff in my shop?

Nope, it's completely free. Cash lands directly in your pocket. Cool, isn't it?

How do customers pay in my shop?

On top of your dashboard menu there's a „payment” label that allows you to set chosen payment options that include PayPal, bank transfer and cash-on-delivery, among others.

Do I need to have my own server and domain to run a shop?

No, you don't need to. provides you with a disk space and an address in our domain. The only thing you need to worry about is the way your shop attracts customers.

I'm already signed to a record label – can I still use also works with record labels so if you're not sure if your contract allows you to sell your music/art on your own than let your label contact us. We're pretty sure we can work out a deal that will satisfy both sides.

Who should take care of delivering the products customers buy in my shop?

You are responsible for the adequate description of the stuff you sell and it's delivery. We assume 7 days should be enough to pack the purchase and send it to your client. Please remember that the sooner you send it, the more the customer will appreciate the money spent.

What if the products get smashed on their way to the customer?

Please keep in mind that people buy stuff from you and you are the one that brings the packages to the post office. If somethings bad happens on the way to the customers doorstep you are the one to help solve the case. Take special care to keep your products safe from damage.

Where can I change the design of my shop/website?

After you complete the log-in procedure you will notice a link that reads “personalize store” that guides you to the configuration screen. In the right column you will notices three options: “settings”, “styles” and “services”. The first one deals with the page title which is displayed on your browser and it's “homepage” option allows you to chose which site is displayed when entering the shop/website. “styles” allow you to set the background picture and the colors you want to use together with the graphic files. “Services” is a fast social media plugin that will connect your shop/website with social profiles you run.

Important: remember to “save” the changes you introduce on this site so that your visitors may see them online!

What does the “audio library” on my dashboard do?

“audio library” collects all digital music files (mp3, wav, flac) you upload unto your account. Let's call it your audio dashboard in the log-in section. Thanks to it you can create digital albums that may be later sold in your shop.

Can I delete my account?

Sure! But first you need to fulllfil all open orders in your shop and remember to inform your customers. They deserve to know your decision in the first place.

Do I need to register an account at in order to purchase merchandise?

No. But we will be glad if you decide to do so. It's free and you can delete it anytime you want.
